Casinia VIP and Loyalty Program

Loyalty programmes tend to sound grander than they are, so let's look at this one calmly. Casinia has two things that reward regular customers: a five-level VIP programme, and a system of coins that you earn through challenges and spend in a reward shop. They're related, but they aren't the same thing, and it helps to keep them apart. Everything here comes from the official VIP, Shop and Challenges pages and from the operator's General Terms and Conditions, as they stood when we checked. Where the site doesn't publish a detail - and there are a couple of important ones - we'll tell you so. First, though, the condition that comes before any reward. Please check for yourself that online casino or betting activity is permitted in your jurisdiction before you register, deposit or play; the operator's terms make that your responsibility. Customers must be over 18. And to be straightforward about it: a loyalty programme rewards how much you play, not how well it goes, so it should never be a reason to play more than you'd planned.

How VIP Levels Work

There are five VIP levels, simply numbered 1 to 5. The official page sets out what each one brings, and the pattern is easy to follow – the lower levels give you the basics, and each step up adds something:

  • Levels 1 and 2 – on-site promotions and live chat access around the clock;
  • Level 3 – personalised offers, higher withdrawal limits and cashback;
  • Levels 4 and 5 – everything at level 3, plus a personal VIP manager.

The personal manager, in the operator’s words, is there to help you choose bonuses that suit the way you play. What the page doesn’t publish is how much activity each level requires; there’s no table of thresholds or points. The terms fill in part of the picture, which we’ll come to further down, but if you’d like to know exactly where you stand, the simplest thing is to ask support on live chat. It’s worth doing before you assume anything.

How VIP Levels Work

Loyalty Points and Rewards

The points side of the programme runs on coins. You earn them by completing challenges, and you spend them in the Shop on bonus money, free spins, sports free bets or a loot box. When we checked, the Shop listed its rewards at the following prices. Dollar amounts follow the operator’s currency tables, where dollar and euro values are the same number.

RewardPrice in coins
Loot box200
5 free spins300
10 free spins500
Bonus money, $5500
Bonus money, $10900
Bonus money, $201,500
Bonus money, $503,200
Bonus money, $1005,500
Sports free bet, $5500
Sports free bet, $10900
Sports free bet, $503,500

Bonus money goes up to $300 for 13,000 coins, and the free spins are offered on about thirty different slots, at a spin value of $0.10 to $0.50. To put those prices in context, here’s what the challenges were paying: a weekly casino challenge, such as 150 spins on a named slot at a minimum bet of $0.30, earned 30 coins; a weekly sports challenge, such as a single bet of at least $15 at odds of 2.0 or more, earned 20; and completing 20 challenges in a week added a 500-coin reward. So coins build up slowly, and the rewards are modest. Whatever you buy arrives automatically, though it’s worth remembering that bonus money and free spins are still bonuses, with their own conditions – under the general terms, for instance, winnings from a free bet must be wagered three times at odds of at least 1.5. Have a look at the Shop before you set your heart on anything.

Cashback, Limits and Benefits

Cashback is probably the most tangible VIP benefit, and it’s tied directly to your level. Daily cashback on casino games starts at level 2: it’s 3% with a daily cap of $100 at level 2, 5% up to $200 at level 3, 10% up to $300 at level 4, and 15% up to $400 at level 5. You have to opt in, the opt-in lasts four weeks, and the cashback is worked out on your real-money bets minus real winnings for the day. It appears in My Bonuses, where you activate it and then wager it once in casino games. Live Cashback, at 25% up to $200 a week, is open to all five levels on the same one-time wagering.

The other concrete benefit is how much you can withdraw. The general terms set the limits per day and per month: $500 and $7,000 at level 1, $500 and $10,000 at level 2, $800 and $12,000 at level 3, $1,000 and $15,000 at level 4, and $2,000 and $20,000 at level 5. That’s worth knowing whichever level you’re on, because it applies to every withdrawal, not only to bonus winnings. If limits matter to you, it’s a good idea to check your current level before you request a payout.

How to Progress

This is the part where we have to be honest about what isn’t published. The site doesn’t give a points table for moving between VIP levels. What the general terms do say is this: your level is determined by your activity over the 90 calendar days before a withdrawal request, it can change depending on the ratio of your deposits to withdrawals and on the bonuses you’ve received, and if you haven’t placed bets for a month, it drops automatically to the lowest level. The VIP page adds that cashback grows with deposits. So progress follows real activity over time, and it can go down as well as up.

Coins are a different matter, because there the mechanics are spelled out. The cycle looks like this:

  1. Complete the one-time challenges – a first deposit of at least $20, a first activated bonus and a first spin each earned 10 coins when we checked;
  2. Work through the weekly casino challenges, if you play slots anyway;
  3. Do the same with the weekly sports challenges, if you bet anyway;
  4. Collect the extra 500 coins for finishing 20 challenges before the weekly reset;
  5. Spend the coins in the Shop.

Notice the “anyway” in steps two and three – we put it there on purpose. A challenge that asks for 150 spins or a $15 bet costs far more to complete than the coins it pays, so it only makes sense if it matches what you were going to do in any case. If you’d like to try it, the one-time challenges are the gentle place to start.

Terms and Responsible Play

live cashback

A few rules sit behind all of this. Bonuses and promotions are limited to one per person, household, device and IP address. Cashback has to be activated before it expires, or it’s lost. Rewards bought with coins and cashback credited as a bonus are subject to the general bonus terms, and the operator may change or end any promotion without notice. Withdrawals at every level go through verification and a review of game play, and no more than three requests can be pending at once.

And then there’s the thing we’d most like you to take away. A higher level isn’t an achievement, and cashback isn’t income – it’s a small part of what has already been lost, handed back. The operator says clearly that gambling can be addictive and should stay a pastime, and it’ll arrange a break or self-exclusion through support, on live chat or at [email protected], whenever you ask. If you ever catch yourself playing to reach a level or finish a challenge, that’s a good moment to stop. Please make sure this kind of activity is permitted in your jurisdiction before you register, deposit or play, and decide on your own limit before any of these rewards come into view.
